Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days inside Egypt.
Delivery Areas: We deliver locally across Egypt, with international shipping available upon request.
Shipping Fees: Calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Exchange Period: Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Swimsuits and underwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
